Robert Egan - Chief Executive Officer/Founder
Robert joined Victory Packaging in 1997 to expand their operations to the East Coast and was then appointed President, COO, and Owner in 2001. He successfully led the company for 18 years, driving organic revenue from $140 million to over $1 billion annually before navigating the company through two public acquisitions.

Leah Borrello - Chief Financial Officer
Leah has over 35 years experience in finance, accounting and human resources in multiple industries. These include her role as Vice President - Controller for a start up technology company that ultimately was taken public, as well as her most recent position as Victory Packaging's Chief Financial Officer. In her 9-year tenure as CFO at Victory Packaging, she was responsible for all North American finance, treasury, accounting, payroll and risk management functions.

Brandon Egan - Chief Operating Officer
Brandon joined Victory Packaging in 2013 as General Manager of their New Jersey branch and advanced through progressive operational roles. Brandon was appointed EVP of Operations & Supply Chain in 2019, where he was responsible for 45 DCs serving $900 million of annual revenue, as well as the company’s sourcing, purchasing, and continuous improvement functions.

Umar Abbas - Chief Analytics Officer
Umar started his career with Victory Packaging in 2003. Over the next 18 years, he held a variety of positions, including EVP of Strategy and Operations, President of Mexico Sales and Operations, and Head of Data and Analytics.

Matthew Kaplan
Matthew is a manager of Stone-Kaplan Investments, LLC, a private investment company. He was President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation. KapStone, which sold to WestRock in November of 2018, was formerly known as Stone Arcade Acquisition Corporation, a publicly traded special purpose acquisition corporation. KapStone was co-founded by Matthew and Roger Stone on April 15, 2005, and went public August 19, 2005. In July 2000, Matthew and Roger headed a group of investors who purchased Box USA, the largest independent paper-based packaging company in the United States at that time. As of January 2017, he assumed the role of President and Chief Executive Officer of KapStone.

Dennis Mehiel
Dennis is the Managing Member of Four M Investments, LLC, a Private Investment Firm that manages only family funds, focused on early-stage technology, food service, and corrugated packaging. He co-founded Four M Corporation in 1966, later named Box USA, which over a 35-year period became North America’s largest independent converter of corrugated packaging. He continued in the industry with the formation of U.S. Corrugated in 2006, which again became one of the country’s largest independents. More recently he has begun development of a small number of large capacity “Alpha” Corrugated Manufacturing Facilities, with the second facility slated to begin operations during 4Q 2022.

Benjamin Samuels
Ben Samuels is the Director of the Samuels Family Foundation which supports education, children, and the Jewish Community. Ben is the former CEO of Victory Packaging, the company he led for most of his career. Ben is also the Chair of Leedo Cabinetry, a family-owned manufacturer with 600 employees serving the multi-family construction market. Ben is on the Boards of Directors of Workhorse, a technology company developing electric delivery trucks, and Saxco, a packaging distribution company serving the wine and spirits industry.
