Leah has over 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, and human resources in multiple industries. These include her role as Vice President - Controller for a startup technology company that ultimately was taken public, as well as her most recent position as Victory Packaging's CFO

In her 9-year tenure as CFO at Victory Packaging, she was responsible for all North American finance, treasury, accounting, payroll, and risk management functions.

Brandon joined Victory Packaging in 2013 as General Manager of their New Jersey branch and advanced through progressive operational roles.

Brandon was appointed EVP of Operations & Supply Chain in 2019, where he was responsible for 45 DCs serving $900 million of annual revenue, as well as the company's sourcing, purchasing, and continuous improvement functions.

CJ comes to Packaging Exchange from Saxco International, a former Atlas Holdings company. At Saxco, CJ was responsible for customer service, supply chain, sales and operations planning, and continuous improvement.

CJ also is a CPA and brings a wealth of experience in financial due diligence and driving strategic initiatives.

Matthew Kaplan

Matthew is a manager at Stone-Kaplan Investments, LLC, a private investment firm. He was the Co-Founder, President, CEO, and Director of KapStone Paper and Packaging, which was acquired by WestRock in 2018.

KapStone, originally a SPAC called Stone Arcade Acquisition Corp, was founded by Matthew and Roger Stone in 2005 and went public the same year. Previously, in 2000, the duo led the acquisition of Box USA, then the largest independent paper-based packaging company in the U.S. Matthew became KapStone's CEO in 2017.

Dennis Mehiel is the Managing Member of Four M Investments, LLC, a private investment firm focused on early-stage technology, food service, and corrugated packaging. In 1966, he co-founded Four M Corporation, later known as Box USA, which became North America's largest independent corrugated packaging converter before its sale to International Paper in 2004.

In 2006, he launched U.S. Corrugated, again building one of the nation's largest independents. More recently, Mehiel has developed high-capacity "Alpha" corrugated manufacturing facilities, with the second facility commencing operations in late 2022.

Ben Samuels is the Director of the Samuels Family Foundation which supports education, children, and the Jewish Community.

Ben is the former CEO of Victory Packaging, the company he led for most of his career. Ben is also the Chair of Leedo Cabinetry, a family-owned manufacturer with 600 employees serving the multi-family construction market. Ben is on the Boards of Directors of Workhorse, a technology company developing electric delivery trucks, and Saxco, a packaging distribution company serving the wine and spirits industry.
